There is a slight wrap, at the side, so I can see that they'll be good for keeping dust out while horseback riding, as well. They look very good with athletic wear, too. I am a woman with an oval shaped face and average sized head. My daughter has a heart shaped head, and therefore is broader at the temple, and they look great on her as well.
