    This vest is not heavily insulated as for cold, winter use, rather has very effective 'medium' insulation, just right for cool weather of Spring and Fall. It is extremely well-made of a quality [non-duck] material, with Realtree camo, and not too noisy. Someone previously commented on the shiny silver zipper as a disadvantage of this vest, and that could be a problem for turkey hunters if the zipper is not covered. This is my third or fourth piece of Canadian-made Natural Habitat products, and I'm very pleased with all, especially at Sierra's good prices.
