Other reviews mentioned they were tight and a stiff heel cup. I ordered a size up and thought that would help. Heel cup has absolutely no give. The toe has the same issue. Debating whether I can have them stretched or to just return them.
My daughter wears a size 6, she can get her foot into the 7.5...complains about the heel cup but can walk in them with out loosing feeling to her toes. If you have a very narrow foot, these may work for you. -

My daughter loves them; we thought the tread was great for our slick and sloppy winters. I tried them on and thought the heel cup was too stiff, but I have an injury that makes that area sensitive. Daughter doesn't have any problem with them.

The gray color is really nice. Unfortunately for me, this boot was way too narrow for my 9.5 foot, (my forefoot runs medium to wide). Also seems to run small/short, but don't know, because boot was too narrow to tell if length was correct.

Didn't order them for a while, but they wouldn't leave my mind & finally had to get them. I'm usually a 7 or 7.5 wide -- ordered both 7.5 & 8 since these were B width. The 8 fit, just in case that helps you choose a size. A bit roomy, but not too tight anywhere, unlike the 7.5, which was too tight in all my usual trouble spots. Very happy with these!
