Horrible Condition of PackageVerified Buyer Reviewed by LH from Ohio on Thursday, March 12, 2015The shoebox was dirty and looked like it had been sitting in a dusty, dirty warehouse for 5 years. Upon opening the box I found a white cloth bag inside that contained my shoes. The bag looked like someone kicked it around outside before sending it off. It was also very dirty and literally had leaves stuck to the outside of it. I will probably never order from you again because you obviously have poor standards and don't repect your merchandise.

Extremely tight toe boxReviewed by Anonymous from SF Bay Area, California on Thursday, December 18, 2014I'm very bummed--these shoes are adorable and well-made, but the toe box is ridiculously tight. I have slightly narrow heels and usually like the snug fit of Naya shoes, but this was intolerable. I could barely stuff my toes in, and the ridge across the opening cut painfully into the top of my foot once I stood up. Too bad! Someone with tiny toes and an extra-narrow footbed might be able to make them work. The silhouette is much more modern and interesting than the angled photo shows; they're really stunning in person!

The two tone brown are beautiful. The light color on the front is also this cool stripe up the back. STP should show this feature in the pics.

But, they run small. I usually am comfortable in an 8 1/2 with even a little wiggle room, maybe a pad to stop the slide. Not these. I am going to try an exchange for the first time to a larger size. I have to check to see if the cost to do this is prohibitive.
