Reviewed by Milt from Denver, CO on Thursday, September 15, 2011Made of cow hide not calfskin; therefore, shoes are heavier, but probably more durable. The last squeaked for two or three wearings. Annoying, but it went away. The shoes are comfortable, but the instep band is high on the instep making it impossible for me to put the shoes on without a shoe horn. I doubt that I will ever be able to "slip" into them.
