Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by Pete from Virginia on Wednesday, June 5, 2013This tent is very spacious for a 3P tent and makes a great 2P tent, especially when considering all of the gear that two backpacking hunters can have. It is a little heavy, but when spread between two people the extra weight will hardly be noticeable. Besides, you have to expect a little more weight with a 4-season tent. Some may shy away because of pole sleeves, not clips. However, the sleeves are made to be continuous so the pole stays in its sleeve during setup as it crosses the dome portion--rather unique design. Once the pole is placed in the sleeve, it can't exit until it reaches the opposite grommet. The two doors exit to spacious vestibules for gear and the tent breaths rather well. My first setup was in the wind with my 8yr old helper--very easy to set up.
Now for the true test---8000' on a Wyoming mule deer hunt. I expect no problems here either.
