    This was purchased as a token gift for someone who collects nutcrackers. It truly is beautiful; and beyond that, the packaging in the luxurious red velvet box, believe it or not, works. It's not tacky or hokey. It would be a lovely hostess gift to bring to gatherings at holiday time. There aren't any negatives about the ornament that I can determine.

    This product was purchased as the yearly addition to one of my many Christmas trees. It is simply STUNNING! The craftsmanship is excellent. I was really not sure what it would look like, but it far exceeded my expectations. The velvet box protects the glass ornament from harm as well as makes a great gift-giving presentation. It is definitely heirloom qualiy!
