Neuwirth Ceramic Serving Set - 3-Piece

Traditional European berry basket, but without the bone china fragility. The basket holds the berries, and the side containers are for sugar and cream. (Also good for muffins, etc., as the description suggests.) Very practical, one-arm service of summer's bounty, and bright and colorful for a buffet service. Did I mention what a steal it is at this price?

I would have loved it but it came in six pieces

I resisted getting this for a while since I didn't "need" it. I kept thinking of different ways you could use it: serving berries, cookies or breads, crackers or chips, or even napkins and flatware. You can put cream and sugar in the containers, or flowers, or you can use those containers seperately on their own. You can put dip or sauce in the cups that hold the creamer/sugar containers. And if I decided not to keep it, it would make a great gift to have on hand. I think it's beautiful and i'm glad I bought it.
