    This bowl is too pretty to put away! In the first week I've had it, I've used it for fruit, a trifle, and to help support a plastic bag of liquid (it's the right shape for utilitarian use, too!).

    I've been coveting this bowl ever since I first saw it on STP. I finally bought it and I'm so glad I did! It's the real thing -- heavy crystal, beautifully cut, and a nice size. I expect to find a place of honor for it at my DIY wedding reception, and have fantasies of making trifle in it some time in the future. It could be either a display piece or a functional serving bowl. I'll be proud to pass it on to my (step)kids!

    This vase has a very large diameter at the top - about 8" which is not proportionate to the height. It is a beautiful green color. I would recommend it if you want a vase with those proportions but it didn't serve my needs.

    At 13 inches I thought it would make a good spaghetti jar. But the lid fits inside the jar, so the usable height inside is only about 9 inches.
