You can't tell from the photo but the design is very clever and effective - the stripes run up to half way at one end and the other half of the scarf is the spot design, and the colours are reversed on the the back. So when you wear it, it looks great because you can choose whether to show the spots or the stripes wrapped around your neck, it's very stylish. Love the cotton blend as it is softer and lighter than the pure wool. I bought the Gem colourway, it's a great colour. Am still deciding whether to buy the matching sweater!
