They do run a bit large around the waist but its not a big deal, and at least they are not digging into anything during skiing, otherwise they would be a 5.

Fabric feels nice against the skin and runs true to size. I usually don't wear synthetic base layers so I forgot that they get stinky which means you have to wash these frequently, unlike merino wool. Otherwise, these are great for sleeping and lounging or under a pair of jeans.
