Neve Caroline Jacket - Boiled Wool (For Women)

Definitely a lovely and finally warm sweater. i've been searching for a thick wool sweater for long time and unfortunately so many of them come thin. Not this one! It has a nice fit and shape though the sleeves are a bit too roomy for me. Otherwise I love it. I got it in olive green and it's rather dark but that's the color I love.

All Neve Designs are beautiful - well made, flattering and superbly made. I bought this extra small for the 12-year-old daughter, and it is gorgeous! I have many Neve Designs sweaters.

Great quality! Flattering fit. A classic that will not go out of style. I wish they had the maroon one in my size. I wear it so much I wish I could wash it but is it boiled wool! I wear it as a sweater and as a jacket - versatile.

Very well made and stylish jacket but didn't fit. I ordered a large but it was WAY too small. I recommend ordering one size larger.

After reading a rave review for this jacket, I was so hopeful. I am a size 4 and size small usually fits well, but this jacket in a small was too snug. I couldn't comfortably keep the zipper up. Very disappointing! The style was more sweater-ish than jacket. The periwinkle color looks quite purple-like. Oh, well.

This sweater is more of a boiled wool jacket with knitted sleeves. It is proportioned for a taller person with broad shoulders and narrow hips. It was not the right fit for me. Also, the periwinkle color was just plain old purple.

This jacket is very slimming. It has plenty of room in the bust and shoulders and then tapers to the hip. MUCH prettier than it appears in the website picture! Sleeves are always too long for me, but since this jacket has knit sleeves, they look elegant folded back (cuffed) to whatever length I choose. I ordered all three colors (wine, charcoal, periwinkle) so I could choose my favorite, but they were ALL gorgeous. I asked friends to choose the best color for me, and they chose the wine color. However, I decided to keep both the wine and the charcoal color because the tweedy appearance(flecks of lighter colors) of the charcoal jacket give it a classic look. If I could afford it, I would definitely buy all three colors--fabulous jacket!!
