“Terrible zipper - won't zip!!”

“Be warned: this sweater has a poorly constructed zipper and it's a deal-killer! I ordered two sweaters - same size, differents colors - and both had malfunctioning zippers. Honestly, I could barely get the sweaters unzipped to try them on for size. Then it was almost impossible to get them closed again to see the sweaters zipped up. Ridiculous! Other than that (but the bad zipper renders all the positives worthless...) the Kicking Horse is very cool-looking. It seems to run large - I usually wear a large with most sweaters, but the medium was a better fit. Anyway, I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase this sweater because of the shoddy zipper.”
