“Not as good as I had hoped”

“The vest arrived with several small pulls. It appeared as if I received a retuned item that was worn several times. The "deep coral" is more of a "carrot" color. I usually wear a size 8 on top, but for sleeveless items like bathing suit tops, tanks, vests etc I usually wear a size small (around a size 6). This vest in a size small fit if I did not wear the hood. It did not fit well when I wore the hood, maybe because I have a long neck. So I plan on sending this back and will look for a vest that has a practical hood.”
