    I've always worn New Balance so got these [...] from Sierra Trading Post-perfect fit and comfort right out of the box. When first holding them, they felt a little heavier, a little firmer than previous shoes. But on my foot I didn't notice and the fit on my wide foot with super high arch was perfect.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Per recommendation, a half size larger was ordered. I wear a pretty standard 6.5 B running shoe, but this shoe was too short. I also need something that is going to provide stabilty as I am a pronator as well as cushioning and something to provide support for my extremely high arch. This shoe fell short on those critera as well.
