They have fantastic traction and are generally comfortable, have yet to get really wet but they don't make my feet sweaty. A WARNING for Ultimate players, though. These cleats are NOT legal in competitive play because the cleats are metallic and can potentially become sharp. You don't want to step on someone who is diving for the disc and puncture their hand. After talking with some more serious Ultimate players I would not buy these cleats again for Ultimate; I would look for a round, plastic cleat style.
