I'm a New Balance fan because of my feet. Having a high arch these shoes were great without my orthodics. The insoles had enough arch support to exercise in and give my feet comfort.

These shoes are almost what the doctor ordered but there's not enough arch support so I needed to add Superfeet inserts. I also needed to change the laces, which were more traditional, old-school shoelaces that didn't stay tied and didn't look like they went with 2014 running shoes. Still they should let me put some mileage on them in the months to come.

I have been training for a half marathon, and these running shoes have allowed me to do so in comfort. I have wide feet, and bought the size I normally do, and they feel fine. I could use a little more width to the shoe. I replaced the factory insole for superfeet insoles and have loved running in these shoes more than any running shoe I have had.
