Comfortable shoe, although the insoles will need to be replaced with something that provides additional support for high arches. Good traction although the shoe is light enough to take from the trail to the road.

I bought these shoes because I've been working my way into the minimal zero drop shoes from traditional trail runners. I run about 20 - 30 miles a week, 90% on trails, and these shoes have performed great in all conditions. ( Of course they get wet in the rain - no claim to be waterproof ). It took some time to adjust to the thin, flexible soles but now I prefer them over my other shoes. I have a very high arch so I did drop add the Sof Soles ( purchased here as well ) but they remaind sensitive to the terrain. To date I've had no complaints and they've held up very nicely. Good Construction. I ran a half marathon trail run in these shoes last Saturday and I'm still as happy with them as ever. There where a few stretches of asphalt in the race, and that was the weak spot of these shoes, but it's a fair trade off for their on trail performance. They were a little tight in the toe box at first, but have stretched out a little. I tend to wear thinners socks with these shoes. Bottom line, if you are looking for a more minimal light weight shoe but still want some cushion... these won't dissapoint.
