    These shoes are perfect "winter sneakers" for work. I am on and off my feet all day and these are very comfortable. I expect they will be fine to walk from house to car to office in an inch or two of snow. I ordered the wide ones for my wide feet and they fit very well. Some reviewed these as running small but I found them just right. Maybe women with longer narrower feet have problems.

    The first time I wore these I did a pretty bold, hilly 5 mile walk both on pavement and dirt. I had returned my previous pair of another brand because my feet were sore after the first wearing. Didn't have that problem with these. I also love the fact that they are perfectly "dirt color".

    I've been wearing the shoes for about a week and had no discomfort. Plus, I took an 1.5 hour walk and had no rubbing or sore feet. Felt like an old pair of shoes. Good color and still fairly neutral. I did have to make an exchange from an 8.5 wide to a 9 wide. For me the shoe still seems just a hair narrow.
