    I wear these with orthotics. After having foot problems with some other brands, these have been great. I run 3 times a week with typical distances between 4 and 12 miles. These have been wonderful. Comfortable. No foot/knee/etc problems while wearing these shoes. Wear well. The bumpy laces stay tied and are a nice bonus. I'm stocking up, as this item is discontinued and the price is great.
