Important notes however are that this shoe was described as a running shoe - it is actually a trainer. Also, if you have high-arched feet, the shoe lacks the arch support (possibly because it is a training shoe rather than an actually shoe made to withstand the high intensity pounding) that a regular running shoe would have. Also, I was a little scared that the shoe would look more like a mans shoe due to the color; it actually is a nice olive green & the shoe is not very bulky so it's still a bit feminine for those who might want this.
But definitely clarifying that this shoe is not a running shoe, rather a training shoe which I didn't recognize in the title online. Once the shoe arrived, the shoe description said "Foam Fresh Trainer." -

I like 'em, they are light and comfortable and I will wear the heck out of them, but they won't work for me for running.
