    I have a fallen arch which has a bone spur. The doc said to where something that supports your arch. This shoe does that! I also put insteps in them. If you have flat feet I would not recomend them. THis insole in the shoe will come out so you are able to put your on insteps in.I love it. Its my third pair!

I require a shoe that provides these things and more. I also go through at least 4 pair a year. I purchase my shoes at Sierra Trading because I can get a better shoe for my money.
