    This is a very comfortable sports bra, I use it for running and cycling, it doesn't dig into the arm pits like some do. I tested it out by wearing all day doing strenuous yard work, it continued to wick well and remain comfortable. Now I will feel better about wearing on 15-20 mile runs, the next test.
