This prevents thighs from rubbing together when wearing a dress. Wish the color white was available. I've done this under dresses for years and I believe there are many women that continue to do this also. Pss daughter-in-law just got a pair. Keep writing reviews.

The only reason I did not rate a 5 is because I would prefer a wider waist band, because in general, I find the narrow ones to be uncomfortable. However, the band is fine on these shorts. -

My inner thighs chafe so I wear longer fitted shorts. These were a bust. They were very tight and in the back the waist showed my "plummer's crack". I ordered a medium, which usually works. I am 5'-4" and wear a size 8. The material is nice and stretchy. They were returned.

The legs don't ride up and and the length is not embarrassing for this 50+ year old's trail runs. Downsides: I prefer a drawstring to cinch the waist and no key/phone pocket. But I'd order more if they had in my size for sure as I've been looking for something non-expensive in this length for some time.
