    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    Great sports bra for high-impact sports such as running, plyometrics, boot camp, etc. that requires support. One fault on part of design is that the band doesn't provide enough material coverage at the bottom where it meets the zipper, so, if you are bending, etc. the zipper can actually rub against the skin and cause chafing. To make up for it, I sewed a small soft "patch" just under the zipper lining and, it's taken care of the problem. Overall, it's my goto sports bra for fitness activities! BTW, I'm a size 4 (apparel), and Medium is the perfect fit for me!
