2.0 out of 5 stars. Over the top shinyReviewed by Brimler from PA from Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 6, 2015The 5.5 was very small. If you like bling in a shoe then this one is for you. Cute in style but over the top in the shiny/sparkle factor.

5.0 out of 5 stars. New Balance Minimus 1010 Running ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Pennsylvania on Thursday, May 14, 2015These shoes are great. Super lightweight and great for a run in warmer weather. The price was amazing and that makes the run even better!

1.0 out of 5 stars. Love New Balance but not this timeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lydston from NYC on Saturday, January 10, 2015I have been wearing New Balance running and tennis shoes for many years, so looked forward to wearing this colorful pair. I was very disappointed that I could barely get my foot in my usual size 8 wide. Sadly, I had to return them.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Light and cushioned at the same time.Verified Buyer Reviewed by MEM from NYC on Monday, September 22, 2014The description of these was right on. They are lighter than traditional running shoes and the heel is lower, which reminds me not to plant my heel first. But they are not "barefoot" style. They have some cushioning and protection. Still, I noticed that I felt acorns underfoot when running on trails. I have used them for trails and pavement, and so far, I have noticed no difference in how my feet and legs feel. I don't do high mileage; just 3-6 miles, 5 times/week. On Occasion, I will go back to my highly cushioned running shoes, just to mix it up a bit, but I don't feel that that is necessary.
As for sizing, I am usually a 9N in regular shoes, and my last New Balance shoes (fitted at a running store) were a size 10. I got these in a 9.5, which is a little snug, but isn't causing any pain in my toes. I have narrow feet and don't like my foot to move around, so I am happy with this fit.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Comfortable and easy to adjust oVerified Buyer Reviewed by HP from Colorado on Tuesday, July 15, 2014Although the pair I just bought was a bit too big, these are the first and only minimalist shoes I have had and I love them! They didn't take any adjustment time for me to get used to them and I get excited to put them on and go faster on the trails than I did before with traditional runners.

4.0 out of 5 stars. light and attractiveVerified Buyer Reviewed by mermaid 27 from Cape Cod MA on Thursday, June 5, 2014I wanted a pair of summer sneakers that would not look clunky with light colored shorts or pants, and these fit the bill. Even the Wide, which I need, looked trim and fresh. However with such a light shoe, support is only moderate and i have inserted arch supports. Made (or at least assembled) in the USA, which is welcome.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Terrible color and oddly misshapenVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from IL on Wednesday, June 4, 2014The martial and color of the shoes was tacky. The small labels looked like they were painted on and had worn off. The shoe itself was curved so when you put it on your foot you looked pigeon toed. I was so mad I had to pay for the return shipping. I certainly wouldn't order shoes from here again and maybe not anything! If these shoes were in a store I am not sure anyone would buy them

1.0 out of 5 stars. New Balance MinimusVerified Buyer Reviewed by Angela from Oregon on Tuesday, May 13, 2014I ordered a half size up based on other reviews and these actually run big. I exchanged them for the correct size, but after wearing them a few times, they feel like they have stretched out. Also, they are very slippery when running in the rain. I'm not happy with them at all, wish i could still return them!
