    I run what most would call short distances (1.5 miles) 5 mornings a week. While that's a commitment to running I don't describe myself as a runner. I've never enjoyed it - that said, having equipment like these shoes which really are lightweight and cool, make the exercise a bit more comfortable. Who knows, maybe I'll enjoy myself one of these days. Great shoes for the price.

    I have been using stability and motion control shoes for several years. The uppers on these shoes feel very flexible, probably contributing to the feeling of lightness. I will have to wait to see if the flexibility of the uppers affect the stability control.
