    I've just graduated from high school where I was the cross country captain and I love these shoes. I'm on my second pair, about to order a third as I'm training for my first marathon. I used them for all my speed workouts, track intervals, and hill work. I usually lift barefoot, but I also used them in the weight room as their low profile made them excellent for weight lifting compounded with agility/speed exercises. They have excellent traction without the usual tendency to collect gravel and mud in the sole.

    I've bought three pairs of these. I'm using them for interval training on the track as part of my triathlon training. Great for this. The have great support on the upper, and good traction on the fore-foot. Great for getting up on the toes and sprint/striding. And even though I'm going to more minimalist on my training shoes for longer running, I'm not planning on using these for road training.

    As I said in the cons, the shoe fits a bit narrow on the metatarsal bone, but this is just a very little bit of pressure and not felt after running some miles. The general feeling is that you wear a pair of socks and the elasticity of the material is astonishing. The laces have some sort of little balls in them so that they do not loose form even if untied. I would recommend this shoe to natural strikers and chi-runners for it's lightness, heavy heal strikers may however find that it lacks the usual ton of rubber that they are used too ;)
