I always order running/exercise shoes one size up to provide room for the toes to stretch out - a hint given to me at an athletic shoe store years ago. These are no exception. While they are no doubt true to size, ordering one size up helps in use.

Runs Small

I ordered my usual size, and I had to return it. I would suggest ordering a half or whole size larger, but I don't know cause it wasn't available for me to try. Nice shoe, though.

Another great pair of shoes by new balance. These are great for gravel and dirt roads where I use them. Really stable and have a lot of cushion. Really comfortable. I wear the same size in these as in other new balance shoes.

I am a very large man (6'0 tall, 375 lbs, 14 2E shoe)and it is hard to find shoes that are comfortable and provide support. This shoe provides both beyond my expectations and it also looks stylish. Now I have no excuse not to go walking with my wife or get on the treadmill, YIKES!
