    These are excellent to sleep in to regulate temperature and for working out. They don't seem to stain but they catch snags very, very easily. I wear them to pilates in the morning and then to class for the rest of the day. Very, very comfortable. I bought a XXL, which is very hard to find. It is a comfortable, loose fit; not at all snug.

    I really like the feather weight feel of this shirt. Great for running in heat. However I would caution that this shirt runs large. I am a small size but I usually order medium to ensure a loose fit. I ordered 5 other medium sized athletic shirts (Hind twist & felicitee, Pearl Izumi Boulder and Brooks Revelation) at the same time and this was much larger than the others. So, it's a great shirt but I would order a smaller size than usual next time.
