“Easy to program, easy to read pedometer”

“My last small pedometer made a trip through the washing machine when I didn't notice it was still clipped to my waistband. It wasn't too happy after that. I wasn't too happy before the washing machine episode, since it also took about an hour to set it up, because you had to find some tiny pointy object smaller than a pen tip to push the tiny, really stiff buttons. I ignored all subsequent time changes because I didn't want to reset the thing EVER. By contrast, this pedometer was a breeze to program and adjust. I was very pleased to find that this one has a neck strap (which I prefer)as well as a belt clip. I tested it against the step counter on my elliptical, and it is very accurate using the step length I set, and you can adjust it to be more accurate if it is not. It shows the steps per day, and has a memory feature for the past week. It also shows the current time. I'm sure there are many pedometers that have more features, but this one was perfect for what I needed, and the price was terrific with my extra Deal Flyer discount. It seems to work just as well inside the shirt as well as out, and I wear it every day to keep track of how much I walk outside of exercising on a machine that counts my steps automatically.”
