I work outside and these are great for stability, traction, and many weather conditions. Good color for muddy conditions. Wore these all day at the State Fair (right out of the box) and my feet were happy at the end of the day. They fit narrow but my foot is slim so this is perfect for me but if you have a wide foot this is not the shoe for you. Con--They are a total pain to put on since they are so stiff.

Great shoes! Live in the Pacific NW so I've already tried them out in soggy conditions and my feet stayed nice and dry. The shoes are pretty stiff but they give good support and have good arch support. Even though they feel stiff, they were comfy the first time I wore them. They may run just a tad small/narrow...I have narrow feet so they're fine for me. If you have wider feet, I think I'd go up a size.

I walk 5 to 7 miles in rocky terrain with my dogs almost every day. This shoe is great for that. It is waterproof. I don't run, but if I did I would think this shoe is too heavy for that purpose

I really wanted these shoes to fit. I read all the reviews and ordered a full size larger. The larger shoes gave me the right length but they were too tight across the toe box. If you wear a narrow, these might be a nice pair of shoes for you.
