I got my usual NB running shoe size, (8 1/2) and they fit perfectly, especially the footbed. It really does match the shape of my foot. They have great traction on pavement and wet muddy trails. This is my first try with minimalist shoes, zero drop, and they are a natural fit. One problem - without socks, the right shoe rubs where it hits above my heal (left OK). Hopefully this will improve as they soften up.

Reviewed by barefoot runner from Alaska on Monday, March 11, 2013I usually wear a 7.5 and I bought this shoe in a 8. The shoe fit well at a size 8. I also ordered them in wide, even though I have a narrow foot. I also thought the wide was nice. I was trying to get a shoe that allowed for my foot to run as if I had no shoe on. This should would have been great, but there's a really really high heel back. It dug hard into my achilles tendon. I had to return the shoes. I have a pair of merrells that fit better, but too small.

It is an unbelievalbe feel! I bought 3 pair because I never want to do with out this shoe! I have never been able to move in a shoe like this one.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever run in. They're very smooth inside and I usually don't wear socks. These shoes are also minimalist and have a zero drop which is a must for me. They are very durable! I've put hundreds of miles on my other pair and they're not even close to being worn out, including 2 marathons. one was a very tough trail and the other was a road race. Another thing is I've never had a blister with these shoes. I have very narrow feet and they fit perfectly. The only very minor con is my Achilles Tendon is rubbed during the break in period.

Reviewed by N from New England on Friday, February 01, 2013I ordered the Merrell Lithe Glove minimal running shoes first; they were SO tight and uncomfortable (really stiff, and they dug into the top of my foot where they bent at the toes) that I exchanged them for these, which are fantastic. These feel soft and comfortable yet offer just enough of a sole that I don't feel every tiny pebble underneath. As for sizing, I ordered my regular shoe size and they fit perfectly with thin socks (I'm not into sweaty sockless feet).
