5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Fot Efficient Runners!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Coastal Forrest Runner from Santa Cruz, CA on Monday, August 20, 2012Most running shoe companies are slow to "get it"! Toe room and less angled slope between the heel and toe is essential for a healthy efficient stride. These shoes offer plenty of room for a natural gait. I do pronate a bit so I use superfeet inserts. The lightness of the shoe has made my legs less fatigued after a run and I am able to run longer distances and more often. Had an I.T. band injury but have had no signs of it since switching to these shoes - and I have logged plenty of miles! I am lucky enough to run mostly trails so my little white shoes look quite dirty but who cares. I loved them! Do order these shoes 1/2 size up from your standard running shoe size.
