New Balance WR769 Running Shoes (For Women)

I have had two surgery's on my left foot. It's hard to find a comfortable shoe that not only supports the over pronation and flat arches but is comfortable and can support tender areas as well.

The shoe is very comfortable. Because the upper is mesh, my feet are a bit cold until I warm up during my long, outside walks.

I go to the gym five days per week and jog/walk treadmill for an hour. I also walk my dog and walk almost everywhere I go. These sneakers are comfortable and the laces that are designed to prevent untieing are great. The shoe feels a little wide for my foot (in the toe area); I'd consider getting a narrow next time. Also, it's a little long (big). In the past, when I have purchased New Balance, I generally needed to get a half size bigger, so this was unexpected. The arch also doesn't seem as supportive as my old pair. Overall, however, these are better than other comparably prices sneakers I tried on. Bottom line, they are comfy and shock-absorbant, which is what matters most. I added an arch support and am good to go!

Overall, this is a great shoe with good cushioning. It provides moderate support as a motion control shoe. I have put about 200 miles on mine so far and they are holding up well.

It has great cushioning and stability but - unlike many of the higher end New Balance shoes I bought in the past - little if any arch support.

This shoe is ecellent. Multi purpose and use. Comfort shoe at home; walking, speed walking. Adequate toe area, too. Difficulty with bunions and this is ++

I run/walk daily and I really like my shoes so far. I feel the support in the arch and impact absorbtion in the heel. I am not sure on the durability just yet but so far I am please. I wore these shoes to work just for one day and they seem to be well suited for people who are on their feet all day. I also really like the way they look!!!!

Excellent fit and comfortable size. I feel like I am walking on air. Wish I had purchased them during the summer when I walked the dogs and grandsons every day. Now with the fickle weather, walking is limited.
