This is my second order of this product! I like them very much. The only con is the twisted shoelace. Over time the laces stretch out and are too long, double knots are not enough, the ends have to be tucked in or they drag!

The shoes are very comfortable but because I have very high arches I always have to add inserts. I have a history of plantar fascitis. All my shoes I have to add inserts and this one is one of the most comfortable.

Disappointed in these shoes. Very snug, both in length and width. I normally wear a size 9 average width, and these were too small and too narrow. also seemed unnecessarily bulky and heavy. Returned and did not order next size up

I bought these for stability to help me with an injury. I can wear them (blue color) to work with slacks. They fit my narrow feet and heels, so they were exactly what I needed. I hate to take them off. Sorry I have not been able to run. The laces are an unusual scalloped shape and extra long, but I can live with them.

I love my New Balance shoes. I use them for running and have worn this brand for some 30 odd years. I never have any problems with my left IT band since I have started wearing New Balance. I do need to make sure I switch to a new pair after six months or so. I am light so it doesn't look like the shoe life is done yet,but I can tell by my knee when it is time.

On the recommendation of my massage therapist, I bought NB runners in place of my normal trail runners...for extra heel cushioning. That seems to be better, but even with a medium width foot, the toe on the shoe is sharply pointed and creates discomfort on the big toe. I am not sure I will be able to keep them.
