“This is the 2nd pair I have ordered. My 12 year old daughter took mine! They take a week or so to be fully broken in - the tongue padding is thick. But once this gets compressed - they fit really well. The arch support is also good. We are both between a 9 and 9.5 and the 9.5 works really well. We wear them for walking/ running and going to the gym.”
