I wore these shoes for a step workout and about 20 minutes into the workout my toes were tingling. So off went the new cross trainers and back in the box. My toes just did not have enough room in these shoes. I bought a 1/2 size larger as I usually do for workout shoes. They might be fine for weights or walking, but that is not what I was looking for.
