Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by WCK007 from New Jersey on Thursday, September 19, 2013The picture suggests a much more ample fit than the vest I received, as if the hand knitters in Nepal were skimping on wool!
Reviewed by Rustic Comfort from Pacific Northwest on Wednesday, December 19, 2012Was attracted to the look but have found the vest to be incredibly useful. It is extremely warm. I wear it everywhere. It is comfortable enough for around the house (even to bed!) and also looks so well made it can be worn to a decent restaurant. It has minor irregularities as the other reviewer said. I think it gives it a more authentically hand crafted look (ex: mine has a shorter neck closure string then the other side and no one seems to have noticed even my scrutinizing husband.) Speaking of the neck closure, it is very very useful here in the Pacific Northwest winter. I am between a small and extra small and the "S/M" is a little loose (kinda wish it were more fitted, but they didn't have extra small.) Still, it's worth owning for its general overall use.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by andygut from Warwick, NY on Saturday, December 10, 2011This is a gorgeous and unusual vest that is handmade and looks handmade. Unfortunately I had to return and exchange the vest twice because there were significant irregularities such as: one side 1.5" longer than the other; side pattern 1" higher on one side; collar curled on one side; arm holes much smaller on one vest. The vest I stuck with is still not perfect, but I like it so much that I am willing to put up with its irregularities. If it wasn't for that, this is really a beautiful item, you will get lots of compliments, and you just have to choose which irregularities you are willing to live with.
- Best Uses: CASUAL WEAR, Good for layers, Stylish unique look, Warmth
- Cons: Irregularities
- Pros: Attractive, Handmade uniqueness, Stylish, Warm
