I just washed my 800 down filled GoLite jacket and my 800 filled Sierra Designs sleeping bag for the first time and they came out even loftier than before. Will definitely continue to use.

I brought it to a laundry mat as I have top loader washer and the jacket looks good as new. The product recommends that.

Answer I believe all Nikwak products can be used in High Efficiency washers, I would recommend however using 1 cap full less than the directions suggest.
