I add this vest to all those annoying outfits that can't hold my cell phone. Since my arms are very muscular (OK, pretty fat too) I like the ability to wear a looser-sleeved top underneath. Does not dress up well because the front fold doesn't stay neatly in place. Great for casual wear with jeans, skirts, dresses.

Reviewed by Judy from Downingtown, PA on Friday, October 26, 2012The picture does not do this vest justice. It looks great without the belt, over a scoop-necked tee, with scarf. The pockets are a little baggy, but they don't show much on the black vest.
