    I love this skirt! I will wear it in all seasons except the dead of winter. Of course, I live in SW Florida. It's full enough that the air circulates underneath. It is lightweight, and will travel well. The colors are perky and summery. On my 5'4" frame, it hangs just below the knee. It might be a problem if you're on a pier on a windy day.
