“When purchased, I thought this would just be for 3 season wear over the matching capris but once I got it I see it can also be layered over a turtleneck, t-shirt, shell or other top and worn as either a top on its own or as a jacket. I think it looks best worn over pants but I don't have a skirt that would go with the green stripes. I'm 5'3" and could also easily wear it as a dress, though I'd probably wear tights and a belt.”
