“This item will certainly get the job done, and the utensils are quite attractive. I think the advetisement specification of 18/10 stainless steel is incorrect. The steel on these items is highly magnetic, and likely a 400 series stainless steel. The package does not state which type stainless is used. In any case, it will likely be more corrosion resistant than the non-stainless used in very cheap utensils.”
