O've tried a ton of gardening gloves and these are the absolute best for using in chilly temps - I always have cold hands and have been using these in 50 degree weather with no problem. Tough and durable, I pruned many roses, and cleared brush with no tearing. And finally womens gloves that are large enough for my hands, they do run a bit small and the x-large fit perfectly without being too lose like mens gloves are.

Reviewed by Clean Machine from West Tisbury, MA on Friday, January 25, 2013ordered 1 pair and they worked so well that I ordered 2 more pairs (and a third uninsulated). very hard to find women's size winter work gloves that I can wear even in the coop to collect eggs and not have to remove my gloves! the soft leather and perfect fit allows my fingers to be nimble and warm at the same time!

Question “Why, if these are womens are they sized according to mens sizes? A womens size small is usually a size 5. If I order a size M in a womens glove, which fits and I order a M in these or even a small it will be way over sized.”
