I normally wear a 46 but on some European made shoes I need a 46.5. The listing says they run small so buy a full size larger than normal. I wasn't sure what that was under the circumstances, but got a 47. Interestingly, it is a tad large. I bought them to go on an extended road trip where I want to be able to walk -- and hence need MTB shoes. These have a wonderfully soft sole that makes walking quite comfortable.
