“I bought this for spin class. I normally used specialized bg pro road shoes. the ratchet system works fine. it needs to be under tension for it to work and to release it the tension must be loosened up before releasing. so on bike adjustments are capable but not easy like other ratchet style or velcro closures. but the sole is stiff enough for me.”
