As the description suggests, these run a whole size smaller and they have a narrow fit. The sole seems stiff enough on hard kicks. Not the lightest shoes due to the thick mesh upper, but very comfortable. Only gripe I have with these would be the toe vent which allows cold air to enter on chilly morning rides. Toe covers fixed that, though.
