“In another review, I mentioned I purchased a few of these. Since then, I modified and used the shorts. I replaced the belt... 3/4" nylon web costs about 30 cents a foot... use about 3.5 feet per pants... easy to sew. Also, I cut out the inner brief. With those two modifications, I've been to DisneyWorld, the Bahamas, Mexico, and Hawaii. The shorts performed flawlessly... lightweight, pack tight, dry quickly, allow easy movement, and no binding anywhere. I normally wear a 38" waist and ordered the large size. In Hawaii, the shorts hiked to bamboo and lava trails and swam in sacred pools of sea ponds... everything you would want to do in these shorts, including lunch and dinner at informal spots. On a cruise ship, the shorts exercised, walked, swam, and danced like no one was watching.”
