I've always been a big fan of aviator shades, RayBan in particular, but decided to try these. Oakleys have a good reputation so I thought I can always return them if they aren't "up to snuff". Definitely want to try these on before purchase. The lenses are VERY large - touched down on my cheeks actually. Also, the glasses are quite heavy and after a few minutes left imprints on my nose. The clarity of the lense is excellent as was the polarization. Just too large and heavy for my taste

Let me tell you...these blow RayBans away! So well made and I love the weight of them. They are a little oversized for MY face but I LOVE the look. Most comfortable sunglasses I've ever owned. Come with a nice case and a little dust cover. I love them, I love them, I love them!!!

These glasses look good and are comfortable to wear. The protective case is very classy. The only downside is the glasses are a bit heavy. After wearing them for 45 minutes or more, they leave a small indent on my nose where the nose pieces rest.

She loves Oakleys and aviators. She hates glasses that won't stay on her head and these, like most Oakleys hold great. As the other reviewer noted these are dark. IMO it gives them a sophisticated more high end fashion look.

Super lightweight and the part I love the best, is that these Aviator glasses, you can put on top of your head! They will not snag on your hair like Ray Bans will.

About Oakley

Jim Jannard founded Oakley with a $300 budget and the belief that “everything in the world can and will be made better.” In the nearly 40 years since the company introduced a groundbreaking motorcycle handgrip, the brand has evolved into a cutting-edge optics designer bent on challenging conventional ideas and has reinvented the way we see sunglasses. Oakley sunglasses first grabbed the world’s attention with the release of Eyeshades® and the company hasn’t looked back. With the guiding principal that Oakley products are “inventions wrapped in art,” the brand has since expanded its offerings to include Oakley jackets and ski pants. Today, the brand continues to set a standard for excellence that is embraced by athletes all over the globe.
